Everyday you see the idea in a girls mind. She is too fat, her hair isn’t perfect she hates herself. That is what she grows up beleiving and no one stops her no one can. No one tries to. Until the breaking point she is alone in the one battle. We witness our friends starve themselves to become perfect. We watch them kill themselves with perfection. Losing a few pounds, changing everything about them, And what do we do? Nothing, TV’s still show the super thin, perfection everyone wants to be. And the girls just keep beliving it.

not everyone does nothing. I helped one of my friends to become more comfortable with her shape because she was going down a dark road of trying to look perfect. I convinced her that no one is perfect. no one looks just like the people on t.v. or in magazines. and we need more people who don’t just sit back and watch their friends ruin their lives. we need more people to support their friends! all in all i love this blog its great it really shows that we all “need a little help from our friends”.
my friend thought that she was fat. (she wasn’t but she thought so)
she didn’t try and starve herself though.
she just got more and more active.
she was joging every day. me and her went hikeing on the trail next to her house.
she did lose two or three pounds i think.
but she didn’t stop eating. she took care of her body.
if you do have freinds that are killing themselvs. just try and make them more active.
thay need to go for a run! i take i walk every sunday. thats fine.
jog with them on the weekends. go two or three miles down the rode. go hikeing!
you don’t have to try and tell her no one is perfect! they need to jog and be active even if they arn’t fat! it will keep you from GETTING fat. you don’t just say, ” no one is prefact you are fine.” and then watch them get fat.
show them a better way to lose weight.
GO FOR A RUN
my friend thought she was fat. she kinda was so i helped her lose about 5 pounds
without killing herself
